Check yourself.

Check yourself. Sometimes, you are the toxic one. Accept that you make mistakes. You hurt people. Own it. Apologize when you’re wrong. Learn from it. Grow beyond it. Real growth begins the moment you stop pretending to be perfect and start working on becoming better. Strive for progress, not perfection. Jkwasi

Bring a friend!

1 Samuel 7:12

1 SAMUEL 7:12 📖🙏🕊️ “Then Samuel took a stone and set it up… and named it Ebenezer, saying, ‘Thus far the Lord has helped us.’” ✝️ 1 Samuel 7:12 is a powerful reminder to pause and recognize how far God has brought you. Every step, every breakthrough, and every moment of help along the way carries His hand. In life and work, it’s easy to focus on what’s next, but looking back with gratitude builds faith and confidence for what’s ahead. Remembering past help strengthens trust for future journeys. 🕊️

People may hear your story

And remember… *no one needs to fully understand your life.* Because when the shoe tightens, *only you feel the pain.* People may hear your story, they may see your smile, they may even judge your decisions… But they don’t carry your burdens, they don’t fight your silent battles, and they don’t feel the weight you wake up with every day. So don’t exhaust yourself trying to explain your journey to everyone. *Live your truth. Walk your path. Carry your lessons.* Because in the end, the one who truly understands the struggle… *is the one wearing the shoes.*

*“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:21*

*🔥 JKWASI WISDOM SERIES 🔥* The reason you get blessed in the end is because you don’t do people how they do you. You refuse to repay evil with evil. You refuse to let bitterness change your character. You refuse to become what hurt you. And that’s strength. 💪🏾 Anyone can react. Not everyone can rise above it. *“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”  Romans 12:21* Your blessing is tied to your character. Your peace is protected by your integrity. And God honors the heart that chooses right  even when wrong is easier. Keep your standards high. Keep your heart clean. Keep shining. ✨ Good morning. Stay safe and blessed. 🙏🏾  *Jkwasi*

BE SAFE

Image
*🌟 JKWASI– Wisdom Series*   Every day, there are two voices competing for control. One whispers, “Move.” Step forward. Decide. Act. It doesn’t promise comfort, it promises growth. The other voice sounds calm… logical… even wise. “Wait.” “Not now.” “Be safe.” It doesn’t feel dangerous. But over time, that “safe” voice becomes something heavy… *👉 Regret.* The truth is this: You don’t build progress by eliminating fear. You build progress by moving with fear present. Fear will show up. Doubt will knock. Comfort will call your name. *But your future is decided by which voice you feed.* ✨ Feed courage. ✨ Feed discipline. ✨ Feed action. Starve procrastination. Starve excuses. Starve regret. Because small steps today prevent big regrets tomorrow. Feed progress. Starve regret. *jkwasi* 💛

HOLD FAST WHAT IS GOOD

*JKWASI WISDOM SERIES* Sometimes the one giving you the medicine… is the one making you sick. And a slightly deeper edition, Not everyone who claims to heal you has pure intentions. Discernment is protection. Stay awake. 📖 “Test everything; hold fast what is good.”  1 Thessalonians 5:21 📖 “By their fruits you will know them.” — Matthew 7:16 Wisdom isn’t paranoia. It’s awareness. Every new day is the first chapter of the rest of your life. Yesterday was a draft. Today is a blank page. Tomorrow is waiting on what you write now. No matter what happened before mistakes, delays, setbacks the pen is still in your hands. Start fresh. Think better. Move wiser. Believe bigger. Make today a chapter you’ll be proud to reread one day. 💙✨ *jkwasi*

KNOWING YOUR STRENGTH

*🔥 JKWASI | WISDOM SERIES 🔥* One of the biggest frauds in personal development is the belief that you must fix every weakness before you can win. No . *You were never designed to be excellent at everything*. *Even in the Bible, different people had different strengths:* Moses struggled with speaking. Aaron was the spokesperson. David was a warrior and leader. Solomon was known for wisdom.  *Different gifts. Same mission.* You don’t scale by fixing everything. *You scale by:* ✔️ Knowing your strength ✔️ Owning your advantage ✔️ Partnering with people who complement you That’s leverage. That’s collective wisdom. That’s kingdom strategy. Stop trying to become everything. Start building with everyone. *💡 Acceleration doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from alignment.* > *jkwasi*✍🏾

HAPPINESS IS FOUND WITHIN

*🌅 JKWASI – WISDOM SERIES 🌅* If you rely on others to make you happy, you will never be truly happy. Happiness is found within. Stop outsourcing your joy. People can add to your happiness — but they should never be the source of it. When your peace depends on people, it becomes unstable. But when your joy comes from within — and from God  it becomes unshakable.  “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.” — Romans 14:17 Choose gratitude. Choose growth. Choose inner peace. ☀️✨ Stay grounded. Stay joyful. Stay blessed. > *jkwasi*

BITTER TRUTH

 * 📖 Jkwasi Wisdom Series* One day, the very people you sacrificed everything for may look at you and say, "We never forced you to do anything for us." Sacrifice without wisdom often leads to silent regret. Give — but don’t lose yourself. Love — but don’t erase your boundaries. Help — but don’t make people your god. Not everyone will value your sacrifices. So learn to give from strength, not desperation. > *jkwasi ✨*

*Jkwasi Wisdom Series *

*“The hunter who doesn’t hunt far from home will one day shoot his domestic animal.”* * Zambian Proverb* When a hunter refuses to go beyond familiar grounds, he risks destroying what feeds him. Comfort can become a trap. Fear of exploring new territories can turn strength into self-sabotage. Limited vision can cause internal damage. If you don’t expand your horizon, you may compete with your own people. If you don’t seek bigger opportunities, you may frustrate the blessings already in your hands. *Wisdom:* Go farther. Think bigger. Grow wider. Protect your household by enlarging your territory. Because sometimes, the real danger is not outside — it’s a small mindset. *✍🏽 Jkwasi Wisdom Series*

STRENGTHENED IN THE MIDST OF OPPOSITION

MORNING REFLECTIONS THURSDAY, 18TH DECEMBER 2025 THEME: STRENGTHENED IN THE MIDST OF OPPOSITION TEXT: Nehemiah 4:2 “What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble—burned as they are?” Beloved of Zion Congregation, Sanballat’s words were meant to mock, discourage, and weaken the resolve of God’s people. Opposition often speaks loudly when God’s work is progressing. As we continue the work God has entrusted to us as a congregation, this Scripture reminds us that ridicule and doubt are signs that the assignment matters. The work of God at Zion may appear small or weak to critics, but it carries divine strength. When God is involved, even burned stones can rise again. What others call impossible, God calls purposeful. Let the voice of faith within Zion Congregation be louder than every voice of mockery. People of God (Zion Congregation): 1. Expect o...

Life is like a Bus

Life is like a bus. People get on, and some get off. Not everyone will stick with you forever. In business, I have learnt one thing, customers will call for enquiries and never buy from you. Some will come into your shop but not everyone will buy. Some will also buy and never come back again. Others buy and come back and they stick with you as if you are the only person who sells what they want. 🫠 *Note this*: Not every relationship will end up in marriage. Take your time to build healthy relationships. Invest in potential customers. Be nice to them because you will never know who will come back. Be open to friendships or acquaintances and nurse the relationship gradually. Don't be quick to leave your shop to someone you hardly know. That is to say, don't indulge in early sexual relationship with someone you hardly know. You might end up as an open market with shoplifters. Do you get it? Think about it. 🤔 *jkwasi (Sir Joe)*

The Paramount Chief of Asante Mampong (Mamponghene), Daasebre Osei Bonsu II, is reportedly dead. According to a report by myjoyonline.com, the Mampong Traditional Council and the Bretuo Dynasty have officially informed the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, of the death of Daasebre Osei Bonsu II, at the Manhyia Palace. There had been unconfirmed reports of the death of the paramount chief over the past few days. The official announcement of his death to the Asantehene is in line with Asante tradition and marks the end of an era for one of the most respected traditional leaders in the country. Daasebre Osei Bonsu II died at the age of 86 years. He recently made headlines when he issued an ultimatum to some members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in his traditional area to apologise for saying “no Asante will be allowed to become MCE of Mampong.” Daasebre Osei Bonsu II, known in private life as Saint Oswald Gyimah-Kessie, was born on December 31, 1939. HOLDING ONTO HOPE AND FAITH

Some days are hard, some days are harder, and some days are worst. 😩 But as long as you have life and haven't given up, there's hope.  And when there's hope, there's faith, and when there's faith in God, there's possibility. 🙏 As the Bible says, "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13 ❤ And in Jeremiah 29:11, it's written, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." 🌟 So, even when it seems like there's no hope and no possibility, God can still show His wonder. If you trust Him and wait patiently, things will work out. Maybe not today, tomorrow, or the next day, but one day it will happen, and you'll give thanks to Him. 🙏 As you wait, remember to wait in prayer and live a life that honors God. 🙏 Try your best to avoid sin and walk in righteousness . ✝ God is faithf...

Theme: Being Transformed into His Likeness.*

 * PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF GHANA* *Date: 2nd March, 2025.* *Texts: Ex 34:29-35, 2 Cor 3:12-4:2, Luke 9:28-36* *Occasion:* * Transfiguration Sunday*  Transfiguration does not seem to have been an unusual experience with our Lord. He was accustomed to going apart to pray, ascend mountains, and spend whole nights in devotion. He was accustomed to meeting heavenly beings there. He was accustomed to shining among them as light. All this we know. But once He took three earthly witnesses and permitted them to see angels, who strengthened Him, comforted Him, and ministered to Him. Such a light in such a body was Jesus Christ when His soul had been kindled by converse with Moses and Elias upon them, which at His birth made heaven sing. Jesus, by this experience, showed them His source of His strength. Again, He strengthened His disciples to meet the trouble that was coming.  *The significance of the transfiguration.* 1. That Christ is glorified. He is personally transfigured in hea...

You don't have to be the same as Everyone else

They laugh at you, call you crazy, and try to make you feel like you don’t belong just because you refuse to think like the rest. But here’s the truth: standing out isn’t a flaw, it’s a superpower. The world conditions people to follow, to blend in, to never question anything. But the ones who dare to think for themselves? They’re the ones who break the cycle, change the game, and create their own reality. So go ahead, be the bright light in a world that fears individuality. The real ones will see it. #ThinkForYourself #StandOut #BreakTheMold #BeDifferent
